AUA’s Varduhi Petrosyan Appointed Special Advisor on Health Reforms to the Prime Minister
YEREVAN–Varduhi Petrosyan, the Director of the American University of Armenia’s Center for Health Services Research, has been appointed by the Prime Minister of Armenia to serve as a Special Advisor to the Prime Minister on Health Reforms. She will serve Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan on a voluntary basis.
Petrosyan is an associate professor and program director of the Master of Public Health at AUA. She earned her PhD from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, Department of Health Policy and Management.
